The Van Horessen Group has a novel concept. Taking a page from the fractional jet ownership industry, they've Incorporated that business model into the auto industry. It's portrayed as a service for the ultra-rich in an article by Peter Corbett. However, I'm betting this service is more positioned for the "newly" rich or even wealthy retired crowd. I'm thinking if Donald Trump or Bill Gates want a Bentley, they won't be waiting for their week like your grandmother and her timeshare in Hyannis Port.
The fleet of vehicles includes everything from Aston Martin, Ferrari, Bentley and Maybach among others. So, for all of you with some disposable income and a minimum 4 week commitment, you can drive the latest Ferrari for an initiation fee of $7,000 and a weekly fee of about $4,500. So for about $25,000 you can rent a hot car for a month.
